Bernd I really love your digital art. Which program do you use? And how do you get them printed on such a large scale?
Hi, Gillian. Thanks for that. These days most of my work is done in GIMP, although I may use Photoshop, Paintshop Pro or MyPaint from time to time for final polishing or special effects. My computer can (just) handle most images up to 80 to 100 cm at 300 dpi before running out of puff. When it does run out of puff, I drop the dpi back, sometimes as low as 150 dpi for very large prints. The prints themselves are done at a local commercial printery. If you would like to know more, just let’s know. Cheers.
