The NSW Government has announced it will discontinue subsidised funding for TAFE arts courses from the beginning of 2013. This will effect both the cost of education in the arts in this state and the level of funding support for the teaching of the arts in the public education sector. If you believe such a position is undesirable, please consider signing the petition to the NSW Government to reconsider and reverse its decision to withdraw funding for the teaching of the arts in NSW.
